We are a husband/wife team living with our four children in a historic farmhouse in the Midwest. That's right, this is our family business and if you ask us, we'll happily tell you why we chose you over our traditional 9-5 jobs in the legal and business fields. We probably have a simpler life than most. We homeschool and treasure that we work from home. That is not to say that we are disconnected from the mainstream. We work together in running PORCH magazine, and the Friday Flea Market.

We opened the Cupboard as an extenion of what we already do ~ an effort to both provide for our family and promote other businesses. We believe if you give, it will be back given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. It's our desire to create an environment of giving & graciousness. Though Cupboard fees provide membership, you'll find that in this place there is bounty far beyond membership.

This is a place to support, celebrate and promote the purveyors of Life UnCommon. Like an old cupboard filled with the things that give spice to life, we are all different but working together. No one particular style ~ Just a community choosing to Live UnCommon and Work UnCommon.

We can't wait to get to know each of you better and grow our businesses together!
